Hertziana App Release

The Hertziana app can be downloaded on any mobile device and offers personalized interactive experiences to scholars and guests of the institute.

The Hertziana app uses Viseum app technology developed by the Zurich-based start-up company Aperion XR. All contents have been assembled by a team of Hertziana junior researchers coordinated by Susanne Kubersky, and are available in English, Italian, and German. The project was initiated and funded by the Department Weddigen.

The release of the Hertziana app is set to coincide with the inauguration of the research exhibition Giulio Romano. Intorno a un disegno della Collezione Hertz. Through the app, it will be possible to experience the artworks on display in the exhibition in an interactive and informative way.
